How to Understand Your Balances
Where to see your balances
Go to Financial → Withdrawals. Each currency you hold funds in has its own balance card showing:
- Account Balance — the amount available to withdraw right now.
- Total Balance — everything you hold in that currency, including funds not yet available.
- Pending — funds from recent activity that haven't finished processing yet.
- Reserve — funds temporarily held back rather than released to your available balance.
- Frozen by PSP — shown only if applicable, for funds a payment provider has placed a hold on.
What each number means
Your Account Balance is what you can actually request as a withdrawal today. Pending and Reserve amounts move into your Account Balance over time as they clear — how long that takes, and how much of your activity goes to reserve, depends on your account's own terms.
Frozen by PSP is separate from Reserve — it reflects a hold placed by one of the providers that processes your payments, not a decision made from within your dashboard.
If a number looks off
- Check whether a recent refund, dispute, or chargeback affected the balance — see the Refunds and Disputes guides.
- Check your Withdrawals history for a request that's still processing.
- If something still doesn't add up, contact support with the transaction or withdrawal reference in question — don't guess at what changed a balance from your dashboard alone.
